Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for the 666gravel event, you have agreed to our terms and conditions:

  • 666gravel "into the darkness" ride is not a competition, but an optional mass start will be organised to encourage the group feeling.
  • 666gravel grinders respect nature (don’t litter) and other users on the course. Trash bags are available at start/finish and feed station.
  • The 666-gravel track does not have signalisation. Instead, the gravel grinders will receive a gpx-file a week before the ride. The gpx-track is directional, if roads happen to be blocked from riding, it is the riders responsibility to take the appropriate detour.
  • 666gravel grinders always follow the instructions given by the organisation or law enforcement and always follow traffic regulations.
  • 666gravel grinders wear a helmet on the bike. It is very smart looking.
  • 666gravel grinders come prepared: body and bike should be in good condition – capable to ride off-road (gravel- & dirt roads/tracks) in cold and dark conditions. Dress accordingly and bring a strong light with enough battery power for the full ride: 2,5 – 4h. A back-up light, e.g. head torch, is recommended. Bring some gear to fix common technical bike issues on route (spare tube, pump, multitool, tape, straps…)
  • 666gravel grinders are over 18 years old or are accompanied by an adult responsible for the under 18 year old participant.
  • 666gravel grinders agree that the organisation, TCB Pro Racing VZW, can freely use photos, videos and recordings made during the event.
  • 666gravel grinders are responsible for their own actions. The organization, TCB Pro Racing VZW, cannot be held liable/responsible for any accidents and cost arising due to an accident before, during or after the ride (during the event).
  • The organization, TCB Pro Racing VZW, cannot be held liable/responsible for any damage or loss of personal possessions before, during or after the ride.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to another participant, but it is the responsibility of the gravel grinders to make arrangements. The organisation must be mailed about a transfer with the unique order number + name and email of the new participant before the start of the ride.
  • The organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event should access to (part of) the course be deemed too dangerous due to severe adverse weather conditions or any other force majeure.
  • All data collected during the registration will only be used by 666gravel for registration and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
